  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • melted margarine
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • all-purpose flour - 1/4 c
  • margarine, melted - 1/2 c
  • cooked, mashed sweet potatoes - 5 c

How to make yummy sweet potato casserole:

Combine first 6 ingredients until well blended. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased, 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
