  • Cool Whip - 8 oz
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • bag coconut - 1 (8
  • box vanilla instant pudding - 1 item

How to make yum-yum cake:

Follow directions for cake mix in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake and cool. Mix pudding according to directions. Add cream cheese; beat until smooth. Spread onto cooled cake. Spoon drained pineapple on top. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle coconut on top of Cool Whip. May garnish with cherries and nuts, if desired.
