Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- plain yogurt - 1 c
- dill weed - 1/8 tsp
- salt and white pepper to taste - 1 item
- large cucumber - 1 item
How to make yogurt dip:
Peel cucumber and remove seed; grate and drain. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill for several hours before serving. Serve with chips or assorted raw vegetables. Makes 1 1/2 cups.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Vegetables.
