- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking powder
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- cooking oil - 1/4 c
- hot water - 1/4 c
- honey - 1/4 c
- whole wheat flour - 1 c
- whole bran cereal - 1 c
- wheat germ - 1/3 c
How to make whole wheat oven pancakes:
In medium bowl, stir together flour, cereal, wheat germ, baking powder and soda. Add egg and rest of the ingredients. Beat until smooth. Spread on greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan. Bake at 425° for 12 minutes. (Great for when you have company.)Recipe categories: Pancakes and waffles, Breakfast, Brunch.
