Ingredients/Components
- yeast - 2 pkg
- powdered milk dry - 1/2 c
- warm water - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- whole wheat flour - 3 c
- flour - 4 4
- honey - 3/4 c
How to make whole wheat bread:
In bowl mix both flours together. In another large bowl, mix all other ingredients together. Add to flour mixture. Knead well. Put in greased bowl. Cover and let rise until double. Work down good, put in greased loaf pans. Let rise. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Low cholesterol, Yeast breads.
