- sugar - 3 c
- milk - 2 c
- vanilla extract
- butter - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg whites - 12 item
- flour, sifted - 6 c
How to make white wedding cake:
Sift flour and baking powder; set aside. Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy; set aside. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry; set aside. While mixing at low speed, add flour mixture to butter mixture. Add milk, a little at a time. Beating well, add vanilla and egg whites into batter; mix well.
