  • sugar - 3 c
  • milk - 2 c
  • vanilla extract
  • butter - 2 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • egg whites - 12 item
  • flour, sifted - 6 c

How to make white wedding cake:

Sift flour and baking powder; set aside. Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy; set aside. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry; set aside. While mixing at low speed, add flour mixture to butter mixture. Add milk, a little at a time. Beating well, add vanilla and egg whites into batter; mix well. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
