  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • milk - 2 c
  • boiling water - 2/3 c
  • lemon juice - 1/4 c
  • container Cool Whip - 9 oz
  • Knox unflavored gelatine - 2 envelopes

How to make white jello:

Dissolve gelatine in water. While this cools, cream sugar and cream cheese. Then beat in lemon juice, milk and vanilla. Add cooled gelatine to the cheese mixture. Fold in Cool Whip and put in greased jello mold. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
