Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 6 item
- flour
- butter - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- lemon extract - 2 oz
- candied cherries - 8 oz
- 4 c - 1 lb
- candied pineapple - 8 oz
How to make white fruitcake:
Drag pecans, cherries and pineapple in flour. Set aside. Mix rest of ingredients until creamy. Add to pecan/fruit mixture. Place in an ungreased angel food cake pan. Bake at 300° for 2 hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Southern u.s..
