Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- vanilla
- egg whites - 3 item
- white corn syrup - 1/3 c
- + 2 tsp - 2 Tbsp
How to make white frosting:
Cook sugar, water, and syrup in saucepan until mixture spins a 6 to 8-inch thread. Beat egg whites until stiff and continue to beat while pouring in syrup mixture. Add vanilla. Beat until thick.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
