Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2/3 c
  • vanilla
  • egg whites - 3 item
  • white corn syrup - 1/3 c
  • + 2 tsp - 2 Tbsp

How to make white frosting:

Cook sugar, water, and syrup in saucepan until mixture spins a 6 to 8-inch thread. Beat egg whites until stiff and continue to beat while pouring in syrup mixture. Add vanilla. Beat until thick.
