Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- green pepper - 1/2 c
- 1/2 tomatoes with juice - 2 item
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- clove garlic - 1 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- can red beans, drained - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 3/4 c
- cheese, grated - 3/4 c
- sliced black olives - 1/4 c
- chili powder - 1 tsp
How to make western meal in one:
Brown beef with garlic and onion; drain. In 2-quart casserole dish, combine the meat. Mix salt, chili powder, beans, tomatoes, rice and meat. Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
