Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- rosemary - 3/4 tsp
- small carrots, sliced - 6 item
- lean cubed pork - 3 lb
- apple cider or 1 1/2 c - 3 c
- leeks or 1 medium onion, chopped - 3 item
How to make pork casserole:
Dredge pork with flour. Heat oil in a large pan until sizzling. Add pork and cook until browned, stirring occasionally. Remove pork to casserole. Drain excess oil from pan. Pour into pan the cider or chicken stock. Heat, stirring, to remove browned particles. Put all ingredients together with pork.
