  • avocado, sliced - 1/2 item
  • chopped celery 2 medium stalks - 1/2 c
  • raisins - 1/4 c
  • walnut halves, chopped - 1/2 c
  • plain low-fat yogurt - 1/2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp

How to make waldorf salad:

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; toss well. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours. Makes 6 servings, about 3/4 cup each.
