Ingredients/Components
- small banana - 1 item
- avocado, sliced - 1/2 item
- chopped celery 2 medium stalks - 1/2 c
- raisins - 1/4 c
- walnut halves, chopped - 1/2 c
- plain low-fat yogurt - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
How to make waldorf salad:
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; toss well. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours. Makes 6 servings, about 3/4 cup each.Recipe categories: American, Salads, Vegetables.
