- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- crushed Ritz crackers - 1 item
- to 8 large Vidalia onions - 7 item
How to make vidalia onion casserole:
Saute sliced onion rings in oleo until limp. Layer in casserole in this order: onions, Parmesan cheese (heavy) and cracker crumbs. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
