Venison stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- chow mein noodles - 1 item
- can beef broth - 1 item
- can mushrooms, sliced and drained - 1 item
- venison steak, sliced
How to make venison stroganoff:
Flour and brown meat in skillet. Add mushrooms and onions and brown slightly. Add beef broth. Cover and cook 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Gradually add the sour cream and cook 5 minutes over low heat. Serve over chow mein noodles. Serves 4. Preparation Time: 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Wild game, Deer.
