- salt - 2 Tbsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- paprika - 4 Tbsp
- chili powder - 2 Tbsp
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- black pepper - 2 Tbsp
- chopped garlic - 2 Tbsp
- medium chopped onions - 2 item
- powdered cumin - 2 Tbsp
- ground venison - 2 lb
- ground lean beef - 1 lb
- cans El Paso brand Mexican beans - 4 item
How to make venison chili:
Work meat, flour, salt and pepper together until all of flour is worked into meat. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in heavy pan; add meat mixture and saute slowly so meat will cook thoroughly but not too brown. Add onions and garlic and cook until clear and softRecipe categories: Main dish, Chili, Deer.
