Ingredients/Components
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- cumin - 2 tsp
- can French onion soup - 1 oz
- can chili hot beans - 1 item
- cubed venison - 2 lb
- cayenne pepper as desired - 1 item
How to make venison chili:
In large saucepan, brown venison in oil. Add soup; simmer for 5 minutes. Add all other ingredients except beans; simmer for 1 hour. Add beans; simmer for 15 minutes. Serve.Recipe categories: Main dish, Chili, Deer.
