Veggie soup
Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can stewed tomatoes - 1 oz
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- ground beef lean - 1/2 lb
- cans beef broth - 2 oz
- or 5 potatoes - 4 item
- assorted veggies * - 5 c
How to make veggie soup:
*Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, zucchini, etc., may be used.Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper. Peel and partially boil potatoes. Add everything together in a large pot and simmer until veggies are tender, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
