Vegetable stuffing
Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- mushrooms - 1 c
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
- medium onions, chopped - 2 item
- carrot, grated - 1 item
- chicken bouillon - 1/2 c
- small head cauliflower, chopped - 1 item
- small head broccoli - 1 item
How to make vegetable stuffing:
Saute onions, mushrooms and celery in bouillon. Add other vegetables and cook partially. Add bouillon as needed to keep moist. Add garlic powder and pepper. Stuff turkey. (Or bake in casserole dish for 45 minutes at 350°.)Recipe categories: Vegetables, South west pacific, Australian.
