- dried basil leaves - 1 tsp
- sliced carrots - 1 c
- sliced celery - 1 c
- ground pepper - 1/4 tsp
- sliced onion - 1 c
- fresh or frozen corn - 1/2 c
- chopped red pepper - 1/2 c
- cans College Inn chicken broth - 4 3/4
- uncooked Carolina rice - 1/2 c
How to make vegetable rice soup:
