Ingredients/Components
- diced green pepper - 3/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- plus 1 1/2 tsp - 1 Tbsp
- diced celery
- uncooked regular rice
- mayo - 3/4 c
- diced tomatoes
- creamy garlic dressing - 2 Tbsp
How to make vegetable rice salad:
Cook rice according to package directions. Cool. Combine rice and vegetables, tossing lightly. Combine mayo, mustard and garlic dressing. Pour over rice-vegetable mixture. Toss lightly. Chill overnight.Recipe categories: Low cholesterol, Salads, Healthy 2.
