Onion roasted potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- olive oil - 1/3 c
- envelope Lipton onion recipe soup mix - 1 item
- all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks - 2 lb
How to make onion roasted potatoes:
Make sure potatoes are very dry. Preheat oven to 450°. In a large plastic bag, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes into a shallow pan sprayed with Pam. Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Garnish, if desired, with chopped parsley.
