Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- shredded carrots - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped green onions - 1/4 c
- small clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- cooked rice - 2 c
- light mayonnaise - 1 c
How to make vegetable rice salad:
In a medium bowl, stir first 5 ingredients until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Toss to coat well. Cover. Chill. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.Recipe categories: Low cholesterol, Salads, Healthy 2.
