Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • onion, chopped - 1/2 item
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • can Shoe Peg corn - 1 item
  • Ritz crackers, crumbled - 1 pkg
  • can French-cut green beans - 1 item
  • mild Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken, cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup - 1 item

How to make vegetable medley:

Mix sour cream, onion and soup together for your sauce . Layer in casserole bowl: corn, beans, cheese and sauce on top. Sprinkle crumbled crackers on top of sauce. Dribble melted margarine over crackers. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
