Vegetable medley
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- can Shoe Peg corn - 1 item
- Ritz crackers, crumbled - 1 pkg
- can French-cut green beans - 1 item
- mild Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can cream of chicken, cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup - 1 item
How to make vegetable medley:
Mix sour cream, onion and soup together for your sauce . Layer in casserole bowl: corn, beans, cheese and sauce on top. Sprinkle crumbled crackers on top of sauce. Dribble melted margarine over crackers. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
