Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • mayonnaise - 3/4 c
  • crescent rolls - 2 roll)
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 item
  • dry Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mixture - 1 pkg
  • finely chopped cauliflower, green onions, green pepper, carrots, tomatoes, broccoli and mushrooms - 3/4 c

How to make vegetable bars:

Spread rolls on an 11 x 17-inch ungreased baking pan. Bake at 375° for 7 to 8 minutes, or just until starting to brown. Cool. Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise and Hidden Valley together; spread over cool dough. Sprinkle chopped vegetables over top. Cover and cool 4 to 5 hours. Cut into squares and serve.
