Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- crescent rolls - 2 pkg
- carrots - 3/4 c
- green onions - 3/4 c
- mushrooms - 3/4 c
- Miracle Whip - 3/4 c
- green pepper - 3/4 c
- tomatoes - 3/4 c
- cauliflower - 3/4 c
- broccoli - 3/4 c
- envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix - 1 item
How to make vegetable bars:
Cover the bottom of a greased jelly roll pan, 17 x 11-inches, with the rolls, pressing together. Bake at 350° for 7 to 8 minutes. Let cool. Mix the cream cheese, Miracle Whip and dressing; spread over rolls. Sprinkle vegetables over top of cream cheese, then sprinkle cheese on top. Chill for 1 to 2 hours or overnight.
