  • pkg - 2 oz
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
  • crescent rolls - 2 pkg
  • carrots - 3/4 c
  • green onions - 3/4 c
  • mushrooms - 3/4 c
  • Miracle Whip - 3/4 c
  • green pepper - 3/4 c
  • tomatoes - 3/4 c
  • cauliflower - 3/4 c
  • broccoli - 3/4 c
  • envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix - 1 item

How to make vegetable bars:

Cover the bottom of a greased jelly roll pan, 17 x 11-inches, with the rolls, pressing together. Bake at 350° for 7 to 8 minutes. Let cool. Mix the cream cheese, Miracle Whip and dressing; spread over rolls. Sprinkle vegetables over top of cream cheese, then sprinkle cheese on top. Chill for 1 to 2 hours or overnight. Cut into small square bars.
