- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla wafer crumbs
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- flaked coconut
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
How to make vanilla wafer coconut cake:
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Blend in next 2 ingredients. Beat in one egg at a time, stirring in pecans and coconut. Turn into a greased and floured pan, 9 x 1 1/2-inch. Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Coconut.
