Under the sea pear salad
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- boiling water - 1 c
- ginger - 1/8 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- each pkg - 2 oz
- can pear halves - 1 oz
How to make under the sea pear salad:
Drain pears and reserve 3/4 cup of syrup. Dice pears and set aside. Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add pear syrup and lemon juice. Measure 1 1/4 cups of gelatin into a small jello mold. Chill about 1 hour.Soften cream cheese. Slowly blend in remaining gelatin. Blend in ginger. Stir in pears. Spoon over set gelatin. Chill for at least 4 hours.
