Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 3/4 tsp
- cold water - 2 tsp
- sifted confectioners sugar - 2 3
- egg white - 1 item
How to make uncooked fondant:
Place egg white, water and vanilla in mixing bowl. Beat with fork. Add confectioners sugar gradually stirring until mixture is very stiff. Add coloring or additional flavoring if desired. Remove from bowl; knead on board lightly dusted with confectioners sugar until smooth. Makes 1 pound.Recipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Candy.
