Twinkie delight
Ingredients/Components
- hot water - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- large box orange Jell-O - 1 item
- vanilla ice cream, softened - 1 qt
- large box Twinkies - 1 item
- small container frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed - 1 item
How to make twinkie delight:
Cut Twinkies in half lengthwise. Line an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with the Twinkies, cream side up. Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add drained pineapple and softened ice cream to the Jell-O; mix well by hand. Pour mixture over Twinkies. Refrigerate until set, then top with whipped topping.
