  • hot water - 1 c
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
  • large box orange Jell-O - 1 item
  • vanilla ice cream, softened - 1 qt
  • large box Twinkies - 1 item
  • small container frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed - 1 item

How to make twinkie delight:

Cut Twinkies in half lengthwise. Line an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with the Twinkies, cream side up. Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add drained pineapple and softened ice cream to the Jell-O; mix well by hand. Pour mixture over Twinkies. Refrigerate until set, then top with whipped topping. Cut into squares to serve.
