family size apricot Jell-O - 1 item
hot water - 2 c
cold water - 2 c
can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
bananas, diced - 2 item
miniature marshmallows - 1 c
sugar - 1/2 c
egg, beaten - 1 item
pkg - 4 oz
pineapple juice - 1/2 c
butter - 2 Tbsp
Dream Whip topping mix - 1 pkg

How to make apricot delight:

Mix Jell-O, hot water and cold water until Jell-O is dissolved. Add pineapple, pecans, bananas and marshmallows. Refrigerate until firm. Mix Dream Whip topping mix according to package directions. Set aside. Mix sugar, egg, juice and butter. Cook until thick over medium heat. Cool. Stir in cream cheese. Add custard mixture to Dream Whip mixture. Spread over Jell-O and chill.
