Twice baked potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- cheese - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- sour cream optional - 1 item
- large potatoes 1 per serving
How to make twice baked potatoes:
Bake potatoes. Cut in half and carefully remove the inside. Mash the potatoes; add salt, pepper and sour cream if desired (about 1/2 small container). Put this mixture back into the potato shell and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in oven and melt cheese just before serving.
