Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 1/2 lb
- flour - 2 c
- sweet butter - 1/2 lb
- filling Solo filling, prune or apricot - 1 item
How to make turnovers:
Mix first three ingredients as for pie crust. (May be mixed in food processor.) Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours. Roll out in confectioners sugar (not flour). Cut into squares. Put small amount of Solo filling on each square, fold over and seal. Bake on foil-lined cookie sheet at 350° about 15 to 18 minutes. Prick with fork before baking.
