Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- plain yogurt - 1 c
- large cucumbers - 3 item
- large tomatoes - 3 item
- chili powder to taste - 1 item
- bunches fresh dill weed - 4 item
- to 6 garlic cloves, crushed - 4 item
- Turkish black olives - 8 item
How to make turkish salad:
Peel cucumbers. Slice lengthwise and discard seeds. Peel and seed tomatoes; dice. Put in bowl and cover with salt. Mix well. Chill for 1 hour. Chop dill. Combine remaining ingredients.
