Ingredients/Components
- ground turkey, cooked - 1 lb
- frozen green beans - 1 pkg
- cans stewed tomatoes - 2 oz
- head cabbage, shredded - 1/4 item
- carrots, peeled and sliced thin - 3 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- sticks celery, sliced thin - 3 item
- yellow squash or zucchini, sliced thin - 2 item
- V-8 juice or hot and spicy V-8 juice
How to make turkey soup:
Put all the ingredients in a large pot. Add 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash (extra spicy) and 1/4 teaspoon chili powder. Let all these ingredients simmer for 2 hours.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Poultry, Turkey.
