Turkey noodle casserole
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- skim milk - 2 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- egg noodles - 9 oz
- turkey or chicken, cooked and diced
- melted butter/margarine - 2 Tbsp
How to make turkey noodle casserole:
Preheat oven to 375°. Cook egg noodles until tender. Melt butter and add flour. Cook approximately 30 seconds. Add milk and stir constantly. Bring to slow boil. Continue to stir until thick. Remove from heat. Add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Add turkey and noodles to white sauce. Place in 2-quart casserole. Top with bread crumbs.
