Turkey meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- egg whites - 2 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- grated Romano cheese - 1/4 c
- slices white bread, diced - 2 item
- celery rib, finely chopped - 1/2 item
- ground turkey meat - 1 lb
- very small onion, chopped - 1 item
How to make turkey meatballs:
Mix all ingredients well in food processor or by hand. Shape into small balls. Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve with toothpicks. Makes 24 meatballs.Recipe categories: Main dish, Poultry, Turkey.
