Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- ground turkey - 1 lb
- onion - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 2 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make turkey casserole:
Brown onion and turkey. Add rice and soups. Put in a 2-quart casserole dish. Cook, uncovered, in a 325° oven for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle top with grated cheese, if desired.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Turkey.
