Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- slices American cheese - 6 item
- celery, diced - 1 c
- small onions, chopped - 2 item
- cans cream of chicken - 2 item
- cans tuna, drained - 2 oz
How to make tuna noodle casserole:
Add onion and celery to 2 cups water in large saucepan. Cook over medium heat until tender. Add soup, tuna, salt and pepper; simmer. Combine cooked noodles and tuna mixture in a 4-quart casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Tuna.
