Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped parsley - 1/4 c
- shredded sharp cheese - 2 c
- can tuna, drained - 1 item
- shells, cooked and drained - 1/2 lb
How to make tuna casserole:
Melt butter or margarine; stir in flour. Cook over low heat for 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk; stir until thickened. Remove from heat; add cheese. Stir until cheese melts; stir in tuna, shells and black pepper. Heat until hot. Serve and sprinkle with parsley.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Tuna.
