  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • shortening - 1/2 c
  • raisins - 1 c
  • cloves - 1/2 tsp
  • can tomato soup - 1 item

How to make tomato soup cake:

Cream sugar and shortening. Blend in one can tomato soup. Sift together all dry ingredients and add with raisins and nuts. Mix well. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan, or until done.
