- Cool Whip - 1 (8
- hot water - 1 c
- graham pie crust - 1 item
- box jello any flavor - 1 item
- block tofu, drained - 1/2 item
How to make tofu pie:
Dissolve jello in hot water. Osterize tofu and jello mix on low speed. Pour mixture into pie shell; chill in refrigerator. Top with Cool Whip and serve. Garnish with fresh fruit (strawberry, peach, lime, orange).Variation: Eliminate crust. Pour into custard cups and chill.
