Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- water - 1 c
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- Put on stove and bring to boil
How to make texas sheet cake:
Combine margarine, cocoa and water. Put on stove and bring to boil. In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, salt and soda. Add eggs, sour cream and cocoa mixture. Beat well and pour in a greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.Icing:1 stick margarine4 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. milk1/2 tsp. vanilla1 box confectioners sugar (minus 1/2 c.) While cake is in the oven, mix icing. Bring margarine, cocoa and milk to a boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla and powdered sugar. Beat well and fold.
