- sugar - 2 c
- butter - 2 c
- baking powder
- sifted flour - 4 c
- pecan halves - 4 c
- lemon flavoring - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, well beaten - 6 item
- white raisins - 2 c
How to make texas pecan cake:
Cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs and lemon flavoring. Blend well. Sift dry ingredients together. Combine with raisins and pecans. Add to creamed mixture. Blend thoroughly. Pour in well-greased and floured tube pan. Bake 2 hours at 275°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
