  • pecan halves - 4 c
  • eggs, well beaten - 6 item
  • lemon extract - 1 Tbsp

Heat oven to 300°. Grease and flour tube pan. Blend butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add eggs and lemon extract and beat until blended. Sift flour and baking powder together 3 times. Add nuts and raisins to flour. Gradually
