  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • pecans - 4 c
  • white sugar - 1 c
  • Karo syrup - 1 c
  • Pet milk - 2 c
  • paraffin - 1/4 lb
  • Hershey bars - 2 (8

How to make texas millionaires:

Mix sugars, Karo, butter and 1 cup Pet milk. Cook until hard boil, then pour in 2nd cup of milk. Don't let it stop boiling. Cook until it forms a soft ball in cold water. Mix in pecans and vanilla. Spoon out on buttered wax paper. Chill overnight or until firm.

Combine paraffin and Hershey bars in top of double boiler. Cook until melted. Dip candy in chocolate mixture using a slotted spoon. Put on wax paper and cool.
