sugar - 1 c
salt - 1 tsp
oil - 1/2 c
cider vinegar
pepper - 1/2 tsp
small onion, chopped - 1 item
green pepper, chopped fine - 1 item
celery, chopped fine - 1 c
small jar chopped pimento - 1 item
can black-eyed peas with jalapeno, drained - 1 item
can pinto beans with jalapeno, drained - 1 item
can Shoepeg white corn, drained - 1 item

How to make texas caviar:

Dressing:3/4 c. cider vinegar1/2 c. oil1 c. sugar1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper Boil. Cool and pour over the previous ingredients. Refrigerate afterwards.
