Teriyaki-glazed turkey burgers
Ingredients/Components
- honey - 1/3 c
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- grated sugar
- garlic, minced - 1 tsp
- turkey, ground - 1 lb
- finely chopped celery - 1/2 c
- thinly sliced green onion - 1/4 c
- hamburger buns, toasted - 4 item
How to make teriyaki-glazed turkey burgers:
In small bowl, combine honey, ginger, soy sauce and garlic until well blended. In separate bowl, mix together turkey, celery and green onion. Blend in 3 tablespoons honey mixture. Divide mixture into 4 to 6 patties. Place patties on a well-oiled grill.
