Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- flour
- butter - 1/2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
How to make tea cakes:
Cream butter, add sugar and cream. Add egg and mix. Sift soda with flour and mix. Flatten out small ball of dough on floured board and roll thin. Cut in desired shapes. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Breads, Coffee cakes.
