Tarragon peas
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- pkg - 1 lb
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cream - 1/4 c
- dried tarragon - 1 tsp
How to make tarragon peas:
Cover peas with a little water and cook until crisp-tender and still a bright green. Do not overcook. Drain and add butter, salt, sugar and tarragon to the pan. Toss gently. Pour cream over the peas; heat through and serve. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Low fat, Side dish, Vegetables.
