Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
- onion powder - 1/2 tsp
- flank steak
How to make beef jerky:
Semi-freeze meat to make slicing easier. Slice into 1/8-inch strips; marinate overnight. Lay strips of meat in single layer on oven rack. Cook at 120° for 8 to 12 hours. Taste occasionally until desired chewiness is attained. Makes 1/2 pound.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Beef.
